How Does the Classified Document Translation Process Work?
- The client delivers classified documents marked as “restricted,” properly packaged and labeled in accordance with the applicable regulation on the handling of classified materials.
- We arrange a secure handover of the documents. At our office, they are received directly by our permanently employed Head of the Classified Information Office or the Classified Information Security Officer.
Alternatively, we can collect the documents from the client’s premises, an embassy, the Armament Agency, or another agreed-upon secure location. - Access to classified documents is strictly limited to designated personnel who have completed specialized training in classified information protection and hold valid security clearance. At Bireta Translation Agency, both our translators and project managers are certified and authorized to handle restricted information.
- Classified document translation is carried out in a dedicated secure room equipped with an access control system. The entire process takes place within our accredited and certified ICT environment, ensuring full compliance with security standards.
