We are proud to share the news that BIRETA Professional Translations has been chosen as the translation services provider for the MFW Bałtyk I project.
MFW Bałtyk I is one of three of the Bałtyk offshore wind development projects developed together by Equinor and Polenergia. The Polish-Norwegian cooperation between the two companies has begun in 2018 when Equinor acquired a 50 % interest in MFW Bałtyk II and MWF Bałtyk III from Polenergia. The companies have formed a 50/50 joint venture and in 2019 Equinor signed a follow-up contract acquiring 50% of the MFW Bałtyk I. The offshore wind farms will be built during the 2020s and can supply up to four million Polish households with renewable electricity.
Bireta is extremely happy to be a part of this project and support the Polish energy transition. We hope that in the following months and years the role of renewable energy sources in our power system will increase significantly.
