Our translation agency has already started preparing for the 15th anniversary of the company, which is coming this September. During the fifteen years on the market, we have built a strong position on the translation and interpretation services market, becoming a national leader in technical translations.
The BIRETA Professional Translations Agency was founded in September 2002 by Areta Kempińska and Joanna Woźniakowska. Initially, the company was based near the Warsaw’s Siekierki CHPP in Augustówka and had three employees. Bireta first specialized in translations for the power and insurance sectors. As the company grew and our base of translators and interpreters expanded, we also extended the range of our specializations. We started to complete large, highly specialized projects for the gas sector, railway, aviation, and road infrastructure industries, telecommunications and IT sectors, as well as law and finance businesses. We also moved to a bigger office in the Kabaty district, where we still operate today.
Recently, we ranked fifth in the Poland-wide ranking of translation agencies – Book of Lists. Our team now counts forty office employees and three hundred cooperating translators and interpreters in Poland and abroad. Every day, we translate more than five hundred pages of various documents. Every year, we complete about seven thousand translation projects. During the last fifteen years, we have managed to gain the trust of more than six hundred customers.
