Translation and Localization Conferencje 2019 is one of the largest translation industry conferences in Europe, which each year attracts many specialists from all over the world.
This year’s edition of TLC will take place on March 29-30 in Warsaw. Motto of this year’s conference is “Ready, Set, 2020!”. Most of us remember the times when 2020 seemed to be a distant future of science fiction books and films, but we are only eight months away from that date. The translation industry has also entered the era of the future. More and more advanced CAT tools, neural machine translations and task flow automation will soon become widespread.

One of the speakers of TLC will be the managing partner of BIRETA Professional Translations, Areta Kempińska. She will present a speech entitled: MT in the work of a translation agency and a freelance translator. Areta will also take part in a discussion about the most desirable skills in the translation industry in 2020. The lecture will take place on Friday, 29 March from 15:00-16:00, and the debate will be held the same day at 16:30. We hope to see you there!
